Having been a Realtor for about the last 20 years, and survived the real estate market crash of 2008 in Las Vegas, Nv, I've just about seen it all. From the most complicated short sale, foreclosure/bank-owned homes, to traditional sales, flips, NEW CONSTRUCTION (you do need representation!) and even rentals. I'm a real estate warrior. The knowledge and experience I've gained in helping my last 200 or so clients has been invaluable. A couple of my biggest take-aways are that communication is paramount with me, and that I'm an internet marketing expert. "It's my job to tell you what you need to hear, more so than what you want to". I'm gonna shoot straight with you, and expect you to do the same. As you can tell by now, I'm a little (ok, a lot) different from most other real estate agents. I'm the "above and beyond" guy, NOT the "bare minimum to get by"guy. In addition to taking the time to understand what you hope to accomplish, I'll be prepared for the task. You'll immediately realize that you are in good, strong, experienced hands.
Above, Las Vegas was mentioned. In fact, I'm also a Realtor and licensee in Las Vegas, as well as a Broker Associate here in Florida.
